Government has proven itself that SAD-BJP government cares a lot for the people of state. Mrs. badal laid foundation stone of ultra modern dairy and ice cream plant at Verka Milk Plant Bathinda and two projects at and R plant at village Gillpatti. Not only this she also inaugurated newly constructed park at village Bhokhra and laid foundation stone of CC flooring project. At village Bhokhra she conducted sangat darshan of villages Kothe Inder Singh Wala and Kothe Natha Singh Wala. At village Nehianwali she conducted sangat darshan of villages Khialiwali and Mehma Sawai. Government distributed funds to various village panchayats. 

Government is giving pro-people and historical decision over the SYL which is a good relief for the Punjab and its people. Badal has promised to return lands to the farmers as well as saved state’s water. It has made our life easy to live and serve many benefits. It will provide better results for farmers to sort all agricultural issues. The development of agriculture has much to do with the economic welfare of our country. Agriculture is the backbone of the Indian economy. Captain Amarinder Singh is synonym to corruption. In the year 2011, his own center government got action taken against him from Enforcement Directorate and now the Congress leaders and workers in state have turned against him. She added that like other states Congress will be wiped off from Punjab state too. She said that by not contesting the Khadoor Sahib elections, Congress has proven that it has lost its roots in state. 

Arvind Kejriwal had sworn in name of his children saying that he will not form any alliance, but he wenton to form government with Congress as alliance partner. This was the worst step taken by him.Government has made the Punjab to change its phase from bad to developed state.

Shiromani Akali Dal | Resolving Farmers Issues

 
The farmer is honest and hard-working person. He is one of the most important members of society. A farmer’s life becomes all the more pitiable when his crops fail. Since the farmers are poor, they borrow huge money from the money-lenders at high interest. He hopes to pay back the money earned from his crops. We should support our farmers to strengthen our community. State government has given full assurance to the farm labour unions of the state to take appropriate steps for immediate resolution of the problems being faced by them. They also assured them that pending amount of MNREGA workers worth Rs 177 crore would be released to them in the current month, after having meeting with farmer union delegation. They also promised to look into the matter of cancellation of FIRs registered against the workers by the Police during various agitations. They even told Panchayat Department to expedite the process of giving ownership rights of the already approved/ allotted plots to such labourers. Swift action would be taken by the department after any resolution passed by the village Panchayat in this regard. Even the authorities are told to restore residential power connections of such workers adding that the arrears must not be added in coming bills immediately. It will have a great effect on Punjab economy. Punjab government is doing a great job for its peace and harmony. The state government would initially give funds to run the chamber till it became fully self-sustainable. It will provide better results for farmers to sort all agricultural issues. This would help the chamber contest their claims vigorously with the central and state governments in a meaningful and result-oriented manner. Farmers have been provided assistance for owning agricultural activities. Government is taking every manner to promote rural development.

Shiromani Akali Dal | Government Decided to Protect Water & Sacrifice for the State

Water is not only a resource, it is a life source. We all share the responsibility to ensure a healthy, secure and sustainable water supply for our communities, environment and human beings. Asserting that Satluj Yamuna Link (SYL) would never become a reality, the Punjab Chief Minister Mr. Parkash Singh Badal today avowed to make every sacrifice to protect the river waters of the state. 

There is no extra water in Punjab to spare for anybody. He said SAD is ready to make every sacrifice on this sacred path. No price is too high in order to safeguard every drop of Punjab’s waters as it is the life’s blood of the state, especially its farmers. Punjab government is protecting water which further helps to protect rural economies dependent upon irrigation water, and helps farmers and ranchers preserve the environment. Punjab is taking such initiative steps by helping people to develop safe and sustainable water sources for their communities. 

The wise Punjabi's now that they are the real culprits who ignored the interests of the state and its people for appeasing their high command. It’s true that water was basic ingredient of life and any such move to share the river waters of the state would be disastrous as it would ruin Punjab. All of us should pledge to protect the waters of the state at any cost. No one can forgive congress for executing anti sikh riots. Congress party’s misrule had broken the back bone of the farmers. The regressive policies ruined the farmers of the country. Government has decided that all the farmers would be provided a health insurance cover of Rs.50,000 and an insurance of Rs.5 lac in case of accidental death or incapacitate of head of family. Government is doing every effort for serving the people of the state with full dedication and commitment.

Shiromani Akali Dal | MoU Signed for Setting Up an Advanced Welding

Punjab government signed an MoU for setting up an Advanced Welding Workshop, by The Director, Technical Education & Industrial Training (Punjab) with L&T company at Government ITI, Rajpura. The MOU was signed with Nabha Power Limited and EWAC Alloys. It emphasizes the need to proliferate latest skills in welding techniques to all ITI’s by use of this facility to its utmost. NPL is asked to make extensive efforts to accelerate assimilation of these techniques with ITI Trainers and Students.

People can acquire the basic skills to the need to call themselves a welder. This kind of basic welding training is earning your welding certification. It will lead to make them a more proven commodity in the welding trade, and therefore harder to replace. As we all know that welders are in demand in a variety of industries, including construction, manufacturing, automotive and more. Additionally, becoming a certified welder can be a springboard to becoming an underwater welder, a certified welding inspector, working as a freelancer, or even opening your own business. It seems to plays a big part in turning a job as a welder into a career in welding. Mrs Daljit Kaur Sidhu is playing a key role in immediately formalizing this idea into reality. Once established, this will be the most advanced workshop by EWAC Alloys in Punjab and will be used to impart Skill building training to the youth of Punjab.

Shiromani Akali Dal | Aiming for the rural development by education

Education is the only way to achieve desired goals in life. It plays an important role in socio-economic and political transformation of a country.Education in Punjab is rising day by day. Government of Punjab served many institutes for higher education. Punjab is one of the few states in India that has been in the forefront of education movement. Punjab Chief Minister Parkash Singh Badal sanctioned Rs 10crore for Integrated Development of the rural areas in the State aimed at giving complete face-lift to the villages in the State with the support of Universities. For the state development it utilized to ensure infra structural, social and economic development of over 200 villages under the scheme by the Universities. Support of Universities in this noble cause would act as a catalyst for social and economic development of the rural areas.

Government aims to make the Universities a partner in the Punjab’s rural growth. Universities would nurture five villages with the fulsome support and cooperation of the State Government. Punjab government is using various advanced techniques to improve services like Health, education, agriculture and allied farming, water supply and sanitation, sports and skill development & employment. It’s a master plan for giving boost to development of villages. This kind act would lead to the economic development of people residing in rural areas. Universities play proactive role in imparting skill training to youth and women to make them gainfully self employed. Universities make Punjab people aware about various social welfare initiative steps taken by the State Government so that they could reap their benefits and lead a fruitful life in the means of education. Government is taking every possible step to make the farmers aware about making agriculture more remunerative by reducing their input costs. The beginning seems to be very good and hoped that desired target would be achieved soon for the Punjab development.

Shiromani Akali Dal | Historic Decision Regarding SYL

Punjab Chief Minister Parkash Singh Badal on Wednesday said the construction of Sutlej Yamuna Link (SYL) canal would not be “allowed at any cost and under any circumstances. He asked the people to get ready for a tough battle ahead for saving river waters of the State. He declared that decisions aimed at “robbing” the State and its people of their “rights” would never be accepted to him and SAD-BJP alliance. 

There never had been any need nor was there one now to construct the SYL canal. Mr. Badal expressed gratitude to the State BJP leadership especially Cabinet Minister Madan Mohan Mittal and State BJP chief Kamal Sharma, who had fully supported the cause for river waters.he declared that he was ready to make any sacrifice rather than allow a single drop of water to flow out of state.he was looking for political revival  through the SYL issue. 

CM declared to safeguard the river waters of the State at any cost in accordance with the Riparian principles. He assailed the Congress for “depriving the State of its genuine rights” related to river waters. Construction of SYL  is ironic for Badal as well. . It is the Badal government that has now de-notified this canal and returned land to the original owners. his government wrote a letter to Haryana on July 4, 1978, seeking Rs 3 crore for the project. 

With the alarming rate at which the water table is going down due to excessive tubewell irrigation, Punjab faces the eventual threat of turning into a desert. Referring to Punjab Termination of Agreements Act 2004, which Congressmen claimed as their major contribution, the Chief Minister said all the agreements which were terminated through this Act, were done by Congress governments. Pig farming is the raising and breeding of domestic pigs. It is a branch of animal husbandry. Commercial pig farming in India for meat production is one of the best and profitable business ideas for the Indian people. Pigs were valued as a source of meat, fat and for the ability to turn inedible food into meat, and often fed household food waste if kept on a homestead. Pigs have been farmed to dispose of municipal garbage on a large scale. The activities on a pig farm depend on the husbandry style of the farmer. The majority of pigs are used for human food but also supply skin. Pigs grow faster than any other animals. They have higher feed conversion efficiency. Pigs can eat and consume almost all types of feed including grains, damaged food, forage, fruits, vegetables, garbage, sugarcane etc.

Pigs are farmed in many countries, though the main consuming countries are in Asia. Despite having the world’s largest herd, China is a net importer of pigs, and has been increasing its imports during its economic development. The largest exporters of pigs are the United States, European Union, and Canada. There are various methods of handling pigs which can be separated into those which lead to positive or negative reactions by the animals. These reactions are based on how the pigs interpret a handler’s behavior. Setting up pig farming business is easy and it requires little investment for building houses and buying equipment. Pig manure is a great and widely used fertilizer. Pig farming business can be a great income opportunities for the small and landless farmers. The pig population of the country is 11.1 millionas per the 2012-13 annual report of Animal Husbandry. Apart from providing meat, it is also a source of bristles and manure. In view of the importance of pig farming in terms of it’s contribution to rural poor and possible potentials for pig rearing in our country, Government of India has initiated measures to promote the pig farming on scientific lines under its five year plans.
